Mercedes-Benz car reviews, road tests, photos & videos
The oldest car maker in the world, Mercedes built the first car in the 1880s, although the Mercedes name wouldn't be adopted until 1901. Despite competition from a certain British brand, Mercedes can claim to make the best cars in the world, thanks to its S-Class saloon.
Fast, safe, comfortable, refined and beautifully built, this sits near the top of the Mercedes range, but the same characteristics can be found in more affordable models such as the C-Class and E-Class. They can also be found in the hugely desirable Mercedes SLK and SL two-seater sportscars.
We road test the Ford Fiesta ST, Peugeot 208 GTi and Renaultsport Clio to see which is the king of the hot hatches.
