Although Austrian motorbike manufacturer KTM set up shop as far back as 1934 to focus on building bikes, it took until 2008 for it to deliver its first customer car, the KTM X-Bow. Development of that car had started a couple of years earlier, and as soon as the first cars were driven by the press, it was clear that this would become an all-time classic.
There was no doubting the car's abilities, as it was extremely fast, handled superbly and looked incredible. Sadly though, it was also extremely costly and madly impractical.
