Vauxhall has released first images of the ADAM, its new premium city car, which will launch in early 2013 as a rival to the BMW MINI and Fiat 500.

Great looking little car, will give the Audi A1 a run for its money lets hope Vauxhall don't get carried away with the pricing, as most city cars are becoming just as expensive as the bigger family cars, it also has the DS3 look about it, if I didn't see the badge I wold have said it was a French car, I hope the road car is a nice as this.

I think this looks amazing! It does have a similar stance to the 500 but it's a different interpretation, plus i'm bored of seeing 500's now! The front even reminds me slightly of a BMW Z8...

It looks brilliant, and is exactly what Ford should have done with the second generation Ka. Shame they settled for a dodgy re-skin of the fiat 500.

Vauxhall have a habit of growing small cars into big ones. My second car was one of Vauxhall's first Vivas, which later became middle sized before they introudced the smaller Chevette which became the Astra which is now family sized to large. Presumably the next generation Agila will be family sized.
The Ampera's electric drivetrain is ideal for a city car used occasionally for longer journeys, but the Ampera is a big car.
Now if an electric range-extender drivetrain were available on the small Adam, I could be seriously interested.

Not a big fan of that front grille; then again, it is based on the new Astra and I'm not its biggest fan either. As for the rest of the car though, I quite like it. Still prefer the 500 though. And maybe the A1. I'll have to see when it comes out next year.

Quite a cool looking little car but I'm not into the colour coded dashboard on show on the yellow motor and I hope they come up with some better looking wheels before this is released. Not all bad though as I really like the red one with the black roof. Still I won't want a red plastic dashboard!!!!
