This sounds like the sort of vehicle in which the emergency services e.g. Fire and Rescue, RNLI, may be interested. Arrive on scene of accident in said bike and just drive straight onto the pond, lake, etc., maybe even frozen ones, to rescue casualty. Brilliant!

Brilliant news, I have been watching and waiting for this release for about 5 years. Shame it is about 5 times their predicted price, although that did seem unbelievably low. Now got to pursuade the wife.
