This is a 1957 Ferrari 625 TRC Spider and it's just sold for a very cool €5,040,000 at RM Auctions' Monaco Historic Weekend - that's around £4,071,000 at today's exchange rate.

Unfortunately, as with ridiculously priced (and often questionably worthy) paintings, this gorgeous car might get locked away from the World and regarded only as an asset. Let's hope, however, that I am wrong and it actually gets DRIVEN.

What did I tell you...my Toyota Celica T Sport is better, gets me from A to B just as well, is more comfortable, doesn't cost the Earth to run, the six speed gearbox is like silk, if I want to loose my licence I can push the T to 140 mph, probably more.....AND IT'S ALSO RED!!!!...LOL
