The classic cars from the ‘70s and ‘80s you want to save from extinction the most
Aston Martin DB7 V8
Back in the days when Aston Martin lovingly hand-crafted its cars at Newport Pagnell, a wild imagination and an open chequebook could open the door to a whole new world of possibilities - paving the way for one-off creations like this 1998 DB7 V8 Vantage. Commissioned by a member of the Saudi Royal Family, the clever chaps at Newport Pagnell somehow managed to squeeze the 6.3-litre engine from the V8 Vantage into the DB7's shapely nose. This bespoke 452bhp DB7 - the only one of its kind - goes under the hammer in the Historics at Brooklands auction on 1st September. Read on for more about this very unique DB7...
