Vauxhall has revealed an all-new full-size convertible that it ambitiously wants to see become a rival to the Audi A5 Cabriolet and BMW 3 Series Coupe-Convertible. The new Cascada is longer than the soft-top Audi A5 and, reckons Vauxhall, takes it back into a premium convertible sector it last occupied in the 1930s.

That looks great and as good as a Audi/ Bmw etc. However is it the trickery of the photo shot that makes it look alluring...I would like to see the real thing, just to see. However If i am impressed I will buy one when my lottery numbers come up...

Looks like an Audi A5 and a 6 Series merged together.. I am not a Vauxhall fan, but this is definitely a change of pace for the design department, looks good to go! : )

No mention of the engine size or performance , I have a Twintop (from new) and its a load of rubbish no pulling power & its a 1.8 petrol with a leaky roof and rear window water run offs,that block at the slightest bit of rain ( yes I have cleaned them out often ) and then fills the "boot".
Would I buy another Vauxhall, no I would not buy another Vauxhall.

I have a Volvo C70 convertible hard top, it'l knock spots of this.
