I like it, but the back doesn't look as beefed up as the rest of it and the diffuser doesn't look that good.

Why 98K? The M5 costs 73K thats a difference of 25K for basically a BMW M5 coupe. Can't remember BMW commanding such a difference in price between a M3 saloon and M3 coupe.
Also imo the Mercedes C63 AMG coupe is a better car for 41K less.

The M6 is always a lot more expensive than the M5 it partners...goodness knows why BMW do that.

When I looked at this car from the front I was excited, however the rear spoiled it. It looks as if it's designed for an American market with that slender backside. I don't like it, what a pitty.

Beautiful car...but!
In these days of rocketing fuel costs and world-wide recession, what is the point of producing a car with such a gas guzzling performance? If BMW has done it's homework, then there will be a market for this. Therefore we can assume that there is wealth in the world, but it is in the hands of those not willing to circulate it.

It's great that BMW can create a car as gorgeous as this.
We should not forget,however,that the new Jags and Aston Martins are just as great.

dissapointed to find it runs on the old stuff petrol .it does not matter how bad the economy is but the manufacturers wont stop makeing them until we stop buying them new,although i would be preparred to buy at second hand value got to say its an alfa ! at the back

I want one! Sadly out of my price range. You can pick up the old shape M6 for less than 20 grand now and a 56 reg M5 for less than 15. Very tempting its a lot of car for the money if you think how much they cost brand new
