The commemorative vehicle has had the full traditional Kahn treatment – that means an “RS” bodykit – including revised front and rear bumpers and side skirts.

There’s also a new set of LED running lights in the lower bumper while the brake calipers have been finished in “liquid gold” to reflect the regal nature of the car.

Plenty of matt finished trim (rear diffuser, fog light surrounds, door handles and side vents) contrasts with the body’s black hue, while a set of 22-inch two-piece RS wheels in satin black – and the 4 HRH royal number plate – complete the look.

The modified Range Rover uses the standard TDV8 Westminster’s 313hp 4.4-litre turbocharged V8. However, if that’s not enough for you, a host of Cosworth-developed engine upgrades are available to ensure the Westminster Black Label Edition has performance suitable for carrying royalty.

The tweaked Range Rover also features “iridescent manifestations of royal craftsmanship”, apparently – we can only think that Kahn is referring to the car’s bespoke interior.

Inside, there’s plenty of quilted and perforated black leather lifted by contrasting stitching, a diamond gear lever and a Churchill clock. If it doesn’t fit your tastes but you want to show you’re a modern monarchist, then Kahn will gladly tailor the cabin to your needs.

And the price? At £72,875 it’s only a modest increase over the standard base-spec Range Rover TDV8 Westminster’s £69,995 list price.

Kahn Range Rover’s are pretty much infinitely customisable though, so if you spec the Cosworth engine package and get liberal when ticking the options boxes, don’t expect to see much change from £100,000.
