Who is building the Hiriko Fold EV?
The story of the Fold is complicated. It's been devised by the European commission, is the brainchild of the boffins over at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has been developed by a little-known Basque start-up company using French technology. It's produced partly by Iraqi refugees in Malmo, Sweden.
