Fastest ever MINI for Pebble Beach winner

The winner of the raffle at this year’s Pebble Beach prestige car show will scoop a brand new MINI John Cooper Works GP – and a trip to MINI Plant Oxford to pick it up.
The official Pebble Beach Raffle will offer the one-of-2,000 MINI as part of the competition that runs during the world famous Concours d’Elegance.
Indeed, the prize winner will become the very first JCW GP owner in the world!
Given the desirability of the prize, tickets seem a snip at $100. They’ll only be sold this weekend, with the winner due to be announced on Sunday night.
All proceeds from the raffle will go to Animal Friends Rescue Project and Natividad Medical Foundation.
“Only 2,000 of these vehicles will be built, so the winner will be taking ownership of an immediate collectible,” said Jim McDowell, Vice President MINI USA.
“The MINI John Cooper Works GP is a great fit as the raffle prize for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance; both are a celebration of speed, style and automobile heritage.”
Pick your £500,000 dream garage
And how the winner will be celebrating: their prize-winning MINI JCW GP collection prize will include a tour of MINI Oxford, a round-trip airfare for two people from any big US city and two night’s hotel accommodation in Oxford.
