It's all very well doing astronomical miles to the gallon, but how fast does it go.
I suppose that it's technically a step in the right direction with an infinite amount
of steps to go.The oil companies would be cheesed off if it ever worked out.
They would probably buy the rights to it and shelve it.
I believe, that in the 1920/30's a British engineer came up with the plans for a clockwork car----five turns of a handle, and 36 miles. A small child could turn the winder, it was so well geared. 'You know who' bought the patents, and it was never heard of again.
Don't you just love big business?
And you'd never see the technology put into mass production because the petrol companys would not enjoy the theft they have for so long. They would pay to stop these planet helping vehicles ever getting into the hands of the general public.
The same way De Beers used lots of money to find differences in man-made diamonds to protect their own interests so they can carry on excavating massive parts of the earth leaving gapping voids whilst pocketting and profitting out of global destruction.
Theres alot of evil people in the world that need to be erradicated off this planet for our planets survival and it's future. It is almost too late now though.
From tiny acorns, mighty oaks grow.
There are at least two facets to every thing, and economy HAS to be an equal to performance (and reliability, etc..)
As a large capacity motor cyclist, big car owner and cyclist I find that it is a question of the right vehicle for the job required, and if not in a hurry or fuel is scarce/expensive, I see no wrong in this technology.
25 MPH Per Hour = 200 Miles in 8 hours, and we won't have to Mad Max our neighbour's gas store.
Also this technology IS transferable, we all saw on MSN Homepage recently that an artist could make bicycle bits into a Ferrari. Imagine it done professionally.
Peace.
The oil companies will never allow it, can you imagine if everyone only filled up once every 6 months they would go bankrupt and the government wouldnt get there tax from petrol revenue, it will never happen while oil exists.
Its the same with things like cancer its seems bizarre we cant cure it yet you would think well not really because there is to much money in not finding a cure, well technology in ecco cars is the same it wont become widespread because the government will make so expensive no one will be able to buy them.
Of course we could see the cost of fuel per litre to escalate to 5, 10, 20, 50 or even 100 pounds per litre to compensate for the loss, or am I being too cynical? The price of petrol was around 8 pence only per litre almost 40 years ago, when it averages £1.35+ today.
ALL THIS IS FOR THE AFTERMATH!
FOR THE NEW WORLD.
BUT FIRST THE OLD WORLD MUST BE DESTROYED.
GET READY, PREPARE, THIS IS ALL AN ILLUSION.
THE FUTURE IS CLOSER THAN YOU'LL EVER IMAGINE.
ALL THE HARD WORKS BEEN DONE, SOON YOU WILL BE SACRIFISED!
THANKS FOR BEING A SLAVE!
