The new 4 Series is a standalone model range that will next year replace the 3 Series Coupe range. It sees the 3 Series-based coupe range become much more bespoke in style than the current car (which actually shares no body panels with the old-shape saloon anyway…).

It's a beauty, but is this new 4 series a means of raising prices? The coupe was already too expensive as a 3 series.

'This is a decidedly sportier car than the current 3 Series Coupe. Indeed, this is the whole reason for the switch from 3 Series to 4 Series – enabling the 4 Series range to become more of a genuine sporty coupe range, that looks different to the 3 Series.'

Love the look, and Love BMW (although been having a passionate love affiar with Audi for the past few years) this car looks promising, but 1 it does look very similar to the 3 series, 2 it looks like it could be a bit more sleek, it is a beaut, but I wasnt a fan of the bulbous look of the original 6 series, and this one looks like it has leaned a little to far in that direction too. Still great looking but could have been so much more if more streamlined and sleek in profile.

not sure if like the large intake bumper just looks like somethings missing and same at rear but might be because its a new look that get used to in time

Huge step up in terms of the interiors material quality........alcantara roof with leather dash, doors and trim gives the interior a very special feel.

Gorgeous on the outside, but that has to be the most uninspiring cockpit on a modern car that I have ever seen. My dad's Ford Cortina had as much style!
After forking out that sort of money, I would hope for better than that. :-(

Once again, BMW serve up some potentially tasty fare. But, PLEASE, PLEASE BMW, don't prostitute yourself again with an 'X4'. The X1, X3, X5 and X6 are horrific and pointless enough already. PLEASE, BMW, concentrate on producing desirable CARS and forget tractor drivers, despite their ability to waste money on silly numberplates and produce profits to make your beancounters happy.

Absolutely awesome. I was concerned what this may look like as I am not an avid fan of the F30, but this is something else.
I love the rear roof incline, love the interior (albeit concept), love the sporty vent behind the wheel and that ****. MMMM MMMM MMMMM!!!

are they going to tell you to put a crook lock on it because you can buy a peice of kit that you can order & make a master key for the car your breaking into see watchdog
