£1m Lamborghini Reventon to be sold in London
A super-rare Lamborghini Reventon is expected to make over £1 million when it goes under the hammer at the 2012 London Motorexpo in June.

The Reventon is one of just 20 of the ultra-exclusive models ever made – and is believed to be the ONLY example in the UK.
The F-22 Raptor jet-inspired supercar is powered by a 6.5-litre V12 producing 650hp: that’s enough to take it from 0-60mph in 3.4 seconds and on to a top speed of 211mph.
Even the colour is fitting – it boasts a stealth matt grey finish and anthracite wheels.
When it was revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show back in 2007, the Reventon was priced at €1 million plus taxes. Despite this, all cars instantly sold before the model had even been revealed.
The UK auction opportunity is thus a very rare one that boss of Motorexpo, Graeme Carver, plans to maximise.
“The appearance, let alone sale, of a car as rare as the Lamborghini Reventon is sure to attract a large number of supercar enthusiasts and collectors to Motorexpo this summer,” he said.
The Lamborghini Reventon will be the star of the show at the H&H Classics summer sale that the Motorexpo is host to: it will sit alongside lots from fellow supercar makers including Ferrari, Koenigsegg, Maserati and Pagani.
