You might not have heard of Magna Steyr, but it builds cars for some of the world's biggest manufacturers. And it revealed a small city car of its own design at this year's Geneva show. Weighing only 700kg, its two-cylinder engine should ensure that it is peppy around town and clean and efficient to boot. How does 55g/km grab you?
