The Bonhams "Collectors' Motor cars and Automobilia at Goodwood" auction takes place at the Festival of Speed this weekend, and it includes an utterly mouth-watering selection of historically important machines. Many of which on sale from some of the UK's most renowned collections.

Take your pick from 4.5-litre Bentleys, famous veteran racers and one of the world's most recognisable Rolls-Royces - let alone an extra special Bugatti. But you'd better come packing a mighty big chequebook...

Some very nice cars, but at the end of the day nothing should be worth or valued so much or at ridiculous amounts of money no matter how 'rare' it is, especially when people in this country can barely afford to put food on the table because of the manipulated problems with the economy and losing of jobs and homes as a result. This kind of money SHOULD be spent on real and important things and not on what is essentially a set of wheels on a lump of metal with an engine, of which will likely just sit in a cosy, very large heated garage in a big country mansion to be admired.
