BMW teams up with Italian styling gurus at Pininfarina for slick new coupe
Mini
Now that summer is finally here, bag a great convertible for under £5k.
They may be a common sight now but the stylish Mini is great fun as a drop top. A Cooper model with the optional Chilli pack will give plenty of go and equipment, and there is often a good selection at this money so no need to settle for a scruffy example.

Steer clear of MG F or TF yes they do handle well but they suffer from expensive head gasket problems and parts of the interior tend to fall off when travelling down the road lol. MX5's are a much better buy they handle just as well as the TF but are a lot more reliable even the 1.6 offers a lot but beware of rust problems with older models especially uk spec, if you are looking for a good mk1 go for an import as the japanese spec have better toys and dont tend to rust. Mk 3's look out for rust on quarter lights.
