There was a very poor take-up on VW's British Rail-spec Camper, which was a shame because it was the best to drive of all the derivatives. It handled as though it was on rails.

More precise details of the publicity shots - year, source etc. would have been more interesting  Instead we were given a childish and banal attempt at humour.  The writer, Richard Dredge, is aptly named!

That numberplate RAD10 on the open top sports car, not sure what it is, a Bond maybe, used to belong to Bob Danvers Walker, he was a newsreader on the radio and Pathe news, a very distinctive voice, us older ones will remember it well in the cinemas, used to see him driving around Ealing.

belive it our not lada used to have a rally team,i was the area rep for hella and ased to see them on my patch at croft.
