As the latest James Bond movie Skyfall sets the box office alight, MSN Cars only has eyes for one thing. That would be the vehicles. Obviously. We really expected to see the new Aston Martin Vanquish in this film - but alas it didn't show up. However, Bond's favourite, the Aston Martin DB5, does make an appearance. What other automotive eye-candy does the 23rd instalment of the secret agent franchise have in store?

Totally disappointed! Maybe i need to watch it again.
Not even close to Casino Royale. Why is Mendes with the budget he has got shooting mainly in London and the end scene in Scotland (Yes I know why). Bond is about exotic locations, exotic women and exotic cars and maybe the odd gadget. The start was great then it died from there. A bit of action here and there but each action scene lasted a few minutes/seconds. The villain (who is a fantastic actor and could have been the best bond villain of all time if Mendes had given him more to do) came into the movie too late and the end scene didn't live up to finales as they should. A few men turn up they are killed villian turns up with a few more men they are killed two bottles set off in the house and in five minutes the villian has a knife in the back and its all over. Thats not an ending. what happens to M, ok but she was going to be retired anyway. Just seemed like it was all hastily thrown together. Like i said Casino Royale was true Bond. On location, gambling, drinking, women, fast cars, not this latest saga IMO. Even in the previous Bond film, the villain was wet blanket. what has Mendes left us with. A new M of whom we know his name, an 18 year old Q and a young Moneypenny who has no sex appeal at all.
The car DB5, yes it came into the film as a planned joke at the end and got blown up after 15 minutes or so. But hey who wants to drive a DB5 up to Scotland from London. For a start it would have taken ages at least 7 hours a few stop offs and thats if it didnt overheat. No you want to drive that around as is Casino Royale on location not in this country.

I don't like this bond, my idea of bond is dark hair/dark good looks & up himself. This guy may have the bod & attempt the hard life background- but his face looks more like he should be an evil Russian spy/president. I want a bond like Pierce Brosnan & a less dramatized story that is around a good story, not just good dramatization of a bad story. Bring back decent full bodied films like in the days of goldeneye- the new guy/stories are sh*t.
