Seven-seat version of Fiat 500L revealed with new ‘Multi Purpose Wagon’
Lamborghini Sesto Elemento
The Quail, as it is officially known, is one of the signature events during the most important weekend in the American automotive calendar, a weekend on the Pacific Coast that culminates in the famous Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. A ticket to Quail costs $450 and numbers are strictly limited (apparently they trade for $2k on eBay). In theory it's a chance for like-minded enthusiasts to show off their wares. There are half a dozen Bugatti Veyrons, a couple of Ford GT40s (real ones), endless Shelby Cobras and an exquisite Aston Martin DB4 Zagato. But it's also been hijacked by luxury car brands, too - and all the big names are here. Armed with a camera, we went in search of automotive gold.
Lamborghini chose The Quail event to announce that it is going to build 20 examples of the Sesto Elemento at a cool $2.2m each.
