The new S60 is quite the looker with sporty coupe-like lines and reams of groundbreaking technology including pedestrian detection and full automatic brake to avoid an accident. It also promises a much more rewarding and involving drive. Alas we'll have to sit tight for another while yet before it arrives in showrooms. Only the range-topping 304bhp/440Nm 3.0-litre T6 will be treated to Volvo's AWD, and is expected to crack past the 62mph mark in 6.5 seconds and on to a top speed of 155mph.
