lose a back seat and some comfort for 0.2 improvement 0-60 and 2mph top speed increase someone please tell me whats the point

How many over priced versions can you make of a model, this is madness, what are BMW thinking, i'm sure this will cost well into the £25K for a basic model rising to well over £30K for a few bolt on parts, and as for the size of some of the Mini range its pathetic, an ugly mutant, keep up the bad work of killing a classic BMW, poor very poor.

JESUS, THEY MUST BE THE UGLIEST WHEELS ON THE MARKET. THE NEW MINI IS BIGGER THAN MY 1988 GOLF, SO NOT VERY MINI.

people need to stop knocking bmw though tbh.  the r50 mini was a rover group design, and would have been released if bmw hadnt of bought the rover group anyway.  but would have failed due to rover's poor reputation.  people were buying the new mini thinking they were getting a baby bmw hence why sales were so good even though the car was pretty shody quality.   the r56 is a far better car and alot closer to bmw quality.   but this one is pointless

THATS NOT A STRUT BRACE. Its a bar to stop the luggage taking out the driver and passenger under heavy braking. Easily confused but look where its mounted.

26 years ago I had an Escort Automatic 1600 ordinary saloon car from new.  It was capable of 0-60 mph in 7.2 secs. Ford only made about 500 of them.  If all BMW can do is knock less than a second off the Escort's performance after 26 years, if I was them I would keep quiet about it.

It will NEVER be areal MINI while its got a hole in its exhaust!!!!!!!!!!!!!​!!!!!I   It`s a BMW type 2. His dad John  built a GRAND PRIX Mini (33 of thm) from 94 to 96 £14,499 each.  ps I still have #28.

So what is the 0 to 62 time and is it all worth it!  My MG TF160 does 0 to 62 in 6.9 sec. and only cost £2500..,oh and no roof so lots of fun..Im sure the Mini is lovely but at what cost?

Not so the fastest EVER Mini.

 

My Pal had one re-imported from Canada and at times it was hitting 500 MPH !.

So there !.
