The Olympics are over and summer is on the wane - it must mean the Goodwood Revival is nearly here. From the 14-16 September, the Revival takes in the glamour and romance of motorsport from yesteryear, so what better way to celebrate than with a look at some of the Goodwood Festival of Speed's greatest commemorative sculptures.

First up is the installation from the 1997 FoS. As you can tell, '97 was the year of the Prancing Horse at Lord March's West Sussex estate. Ferrari's F310B Formula 1 car was suspended from a triumphant archway adorned by a rearing black stallion to celebrate the iconic Italian manufacturer's 50th anniversary of road car production.
