Whites in!!!!!!1

White cars, or cars that have an off white look are just another way of showing that white symbolises many positive aspects of human culture. The references that white exudes are often related to purity and cleanliness. On the other hand the contrast to white is black which exudes the complete opposite reference which essentially is potentially negative. For example, clouds, flowers, light,  snow. Just think for a moment to extreme opposite to white and it suggests that white will always be right, and win through as it emboldens positive connotations in almost everything we see and touch. Now for the reality check, think for a moment, when purchasing a car, consider which car colour has a better cache and will hold its price in the second hand market, erm, ooops, definitely not white, but actually black, blue, silver/grey and the worst of all colours would be, white, red/burgundy, green, brown, yellow, orange etc. So I suggest to anyone considering buying a car, definitely do not consider white, as you could potentially reduce the value by a mind boggling 10-20% just based on the exterior colour alone. Scary thought, but ever so true. Just look at the car sales listings as the evidence doesn't lie!!

twoinone, don't be so demeaning of people in white cars. After all lots and lots of couples are driven around in white limousines. We call these couples  brides and grooms. Indeed at one point, silver became the 'new' white. Oh and yes, I'll confess. I did have a Nissan Bluebird Estate in white. Alwhite?

I must say there's white cars and then there's Ice White cars........... Now Ice White is proper sexy! I so would have one anyday yum yum! :-)

I have a white car for the simple reason that it's easier for other road users to see.

I might be old fashioned but  I prefer black or silver to white, Don`t get me wrong whites nice if you want a wedding car or stretch limo ,but silver or black are still much smarter colors  for a Mercedes S class or a gorgeous Bentley .
