I know it is not all that pretty, but I would have thought The Magic Rounabout in Hemel Hempstead deserves a mention - 6/7 roundabouts in one and 2 way traffic - the magic bit is that it is simpler to negotiate than any normal roundabout.

I would like to vote for the main roundabout on the A629 (Ovenden Road) and A58 (Aachen Way) junction in Halifax, West Yorkshire.  It's on quite a steep slope and is some 90 yards across.  It's heavily wooded in the centre with huge grass borders.  The beautiful thing about it is the number of local fallow deer that frequent it and it's caused many a motorist to take a second look.  Could cost them 'dear' if they crash though!

I would vote for the magic roundabout in swindon. The first time I saw it, i was pleasantly surprised and it takes a bit of getting used to, even as a passenger

.. in Birmingham we have the Spaghetti Junction roundabout and also the Spitfire roundabout ,both worth a look.

.. internationally I`d say the Arc de Triomphe (with the Champs Elysees),partly because of all the motors goin` by !

.. on this calender I have had the pleasure of seeing just one, pictured.

You have missed out the rounabout at Denbigh North Wales which has a house at its centre.

Er, ok so some are pretty awesome but some are just gardens. Where is the amazing remains of the church in the roundabout in Plymouth? Or the weird sculpture in the roundabout on the A82 north of Glasgow? The plough roundabout in hemel hempstead?

OK, I know it's not in the UK, but one of the coolest roundabouts I have ever seen is at Prasonisi beach on the island of Rhodes.  The beach, all 1sq mile of it, is 'the car park', but at the entrance is a roundabout sign that is just a 50 gallon oil drum, painted yellow, with a broom pole stuck in the top with the roundabout sign on it.  everybody ignores it, but it's fun to see and a pity I can't post a photo.

well the largest roundabout in the world must go to the M25, which sometimes resembles a car park. Its the original Road to Hell

On the London Road out of Newmarket the roundabout there has a beautiful sculpture of a horse and jockey.  Can't remember who it is dedicated to tho.

The steel "tulips" on the Burleys roundabout in Leicester are actually supposed to be Lotus flowers. And no, I can't tell the difference either.
