We are at the bottom of the barrel here and if you think you can hear the scraping sound of an old Mini then thinking again, those are now becoming pricey collectors items. If you want small and nippy with hardly any troublesome extras to go wrong then try a Fiat Seicento. The 1.1 is a noisy unit, but it does a job and best of all delivers near 50mpg overall, which is good.
